General description

This is a small loch about 2 miles from Newton Stewart off the A712.

Parking:

From Newton Stewart town centre cross the bridge over the River Cree.  After leaving the town continue for about 1/2 a mile and at the T juction turn left onto the A712 heading for New Galloway.  Just over a mile along the A712 the loch lies on the right just before Glenamour cottages.  There is ample car parking at the loch
